Art expression is often something that happens at a deep level. Artists get into what they call a zone, a dreamy state that is often not too different from daydreaming. Have you ever driven somewhere on autopilot? 

Art is about shapes, colours and movement, even if you cannot draw or paint.

Through meditation, music and colour, we will access that part of each of us that wants to speak on a soul level. 

There will be an opportunity to discuss and explore the experience.

The workshop is non-competitive, and if sharing is not your thing, that's ok.

It's about having a chance to access that creative part of ourselves with something to say.

And to have some fun with it.

The environment will be supportive and fun.
